CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and schedules can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 12 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service. This helps cover the time that was reserved just for you and allows us to continue providing the best care for all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time.
